Application Support Engineer

Are you the profile with,

• Graduate Degree in IT or Equivalent.

• Minimum 1+ year's of experience in Support / Deployment Engineering.

• Previous experience in similar industry or other organizations as a supporting person.

• Communication skills (English), spoken and written.

• Basic knowledge of the IT infrastructure including network, application, systems and operational support.

• Technical expertise in: JIRA and Confluence.

• Sound knowledge on Serer Operating Systems (Windows Server 2008/2010 and Linux).

• Good Understanding on scripting (Bash/ Shell)

• Good understanding on networking, security and load-balancers (F5, HAProxy, Web-Proxy) in an added Advantage.

• Experience on Oracle Database.

• Experience on Middleware (Tomcat, Weblogic, Apache etc) and Message Queues.

• Appreciation of commercial and open source tools and appropriate usage models.

• Problem Solving skills, willingness to lean new technologies.

• Willing to work on Roster (Weekend "Sunday")
